News

January 2nd, 2001 - v1.3.3 released

This is a small maintenance release and fixes three bugs: the message bar was always shown, even if the preferences setting was not; if the locale is set to Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, menus would be shown in the locale's language, but the actual text itself did not; and changes to some preferences would never be saved.

November 17th, 2000 - v1.3.2 released

This is a minor release which fixes a bug in the RPM where it did not include the locale files (e.g., translations), and a fix in the HTML table creation wizard, which would cause gnotepad+ to crash if a width value was specified.

June 7th, 2000 - v1.2.3 and v1.3.1 released

Both of these are maintenance releases, and fixes two bugs: a problem in the .spec[.in] file which caused the RPM file not to build; and after saving a file, the cursor was not being updated in the window until the window was redrawn/refreshed.

May 10th, 2000 - v1.3.0 final released

The final version of v1.3.0 has been released! The major highlights of this release include some new features, much more GNOME integration (session management, libglade, popt), and various improvements and bug fixes.

May 01st, 2000 - v1.2.2 released

This release fixes just one bug where if no text is highlighted and an HTML tag insertion is made, undo didn't undo the inserted text. This minor bug was accidentally introduced in 1.2.1.
